Japanese inspired aesthetics, constructed of cypress, maple, teak, and pressed rice paper.

Inspired from the fire lookout towers of Montana, this chair was designed for a light feel, with mass where the ergonomics are important. Despite it being light on materials, it is extremely robust, and has an extra large seat width to give that spacious, Adirondack feel.

First furniture piece, with a focus on form, material choice and mainly getting familiar with wood and metal shop.

Custom doors, solid red oak. Stained, finished with Marine Spar Varnish.
